برنامج TeamViewer ممتاز جدا
للتحكم عن بعد. في الماضي كنت أستعمل برنامج pcAnywhere من شركةولكنه غير
مريح للاستعمال ومرات كثيرة تشعر أنك أصبحت تتعقد بسببه لأنه يحتاج الى
ضبط العديد من الاعدادات حتى تستطيع أن تتحكم بالجهاز البعيد. المشكلة هي
أن الطرف الثاني الذي يحتاج مساعدتك غالباً ما يكون غير ملم بأمور هذه
البرامج فكيف تتوقع من شخص يريد مساعدة بتركيب برنامج الماسنجر أن يضبط
اعدادت برنامج مثل pcAnywhere أو اي برنامج آخر شبيه له ؟ برنامج
